FORCE MAJEURE
Late fulfillment of a specific order is possible for reasons of force majeure, without this delay

customer of the reason for the delay and sets a new time period for completing the order, giving
them the possibility to withdraw from the order with a full refund of the price paid.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by sending to Ernst
Studios via electronic mail the relevant sample letter of withdrawal (link to letter). After the expiry of
the period, the customer is no longer entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal and Ernst Studios
has no related obligation towards them.
Upon completion of the aforementioned withdrawal process, the returned product, which must be
in its original perfect condition and in its original complete packaging, is either delivered by the
customer to Ernst Studios headquarters or sent via courier at the customer's expense. After
receiving and checking the returned product and within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days (
ten working days) from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Ernst Studios returns to the
customer's account the price paid.
APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
These terms are subject to the provisions of Greek Law. For any related dispute that arises, the
Courts of Athens are exclusively competent.
